  • 2 Large Onion Roughly Chopped Add more onions if you like. I use one for every 2 pounds of sausage.
  • 28 oz. Stewed Tomatoes Other tomato options are whole, or diced.
  • 4 Large Bell Pepper Roughly Chopped Choose your favorite bell peppers: green, red, or yellow.
  • 4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
  • Salt and pepper Season to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F
  • Place sausage, onions, peppers, canned tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a roasting pan.
  • Cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil.
  • Roast for one hour.
  • Remove from the oven and cut each sausage link in half.
  • Return pan to the oven uncovered.
  • Continue cooking for another 45-60 minutes until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
