My Experience

My name is Jaylee and I have ADHD inattentive type.  I have been blessed to experience all 8 ADHD superpowers.  I have harnessed my ADHD superpowers and used them to my benefit.  I used the benefits of ADHD to control and even eliminate most of my ADHD symptoms.  Knowing that you have ADHD is half the battle, once you thoroughly understand ADHD, with that knowledge anything can be changed to your benefit.

I’m 45 years old.  Over the past 15 years, I founded three profitable businesses, created more websites for my friends and their businesses than I can count, I’ve written hundreds of articles, and I’ve created this blog, Simple Business Simple Life, to share my life experiences with ADHD.

My eleven-year-old daughter was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and the girl has been down in spirit since the diagnosis.  Let’s face it, a diagnosis of ADHD at any age feels like a punch to the gut.  I wrote this article for her.  To remind her of all the wonderful things that come with ADHD.  I find ADHD to be more of a blessing than a curse.  Live Positively! ~ Jaylee
