1 Large Roasting Pan For large batches, I use large aluminum catering pans for easy clean up.
Ingredients
2lbsSweet Italian Sausage You can use mild or hot Italian sausage. Use your favorite variety. You can add as many pounds of sausage as you like. This is a great meal for the masses. Just make sure you have a large enough pot.
2Large Onion Roughly ChoppedAdd more onions if you like. I use one for every 2 pounds of sausage.
28oz.Stewed TomatoesOther tomato options are whole, or diced.
4Large Bell Pepper Roughly ChoppedChoose your favorite bell peppers: green, red, or yellow.
4tspItalian Seasoning
4Cloves of Garlic Crushed
Salt and pepperSeason to taste
2tbspOlive Oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F
Place sausage, onions, peppers, canned tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a roasting pan.
Cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil.
Roast for one hour.
Remove from the oven and cut each sausage link in half.
Return pan to the oven uncovered.
Continue cooking for another 45-60 minutes until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
